Originally from Fukuoka, oshizushi is pressed sushi, often featuring a layer of fish between two layers of rice, then cut into rectangles. At home, you can customize the flavors and toppings to easily create beautiful pressed sushi. That's it!

Enjoy your sushi immediately, with friends, or pack them in a bento box for lunch. Cypress wood adds a pleasant fragrance and helps absorb excess moisture. After use, rinse the mold with lukewarm water and let it air dry.
