It also has a way to attach an e-tool with a retention loop at the base of the main pouch to keep the handle retained.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt's made of the same heavy duty cotton construction you find on the Parka, and can even be ran on it's own.
