Vegetable-grade magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule.Recommended Use:
Helps to prevent iron deficiency anaemia, form red blood cells and aid red blood cell functioning.
Directions
Adults - Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions & Warnings
Constipation, diarrhoea or vomiting may occur.
