A blend of efficacious, evacuating herbs that stimulate natural elimination and help the body release accumulated waste.  Relieves discomfort, sluggish digestion and restores a sense of internal lightness and ease. For best results, accompany with lifestyle choices that encourage regularity: drink plenty of water, move your body daily and eat whole, fibre-rich foods. 

Suggestion: Steep one heaped teaspoon per cup in freshly boiled water and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Adjust strength of tea to suit your individual needs.
